Common questions

Is this a certified roof inspection?

No. This is aerial observation and documentation only. We provide high-res photos and neutral notes — not engineering assessments, insurance recommendations, or certified inspections.

Who uses this service?

Roofers documenting jobsites, insurance adjusters needing aerial views, restoration/mitigation companies supporting claims, and homeowners wanting a visual record of their roof condition.

How many photos will I receive?

Typically 20–40 high-resolution images covering every roof plane, ridge, valley, penetration, and gutter. More for complex or multi-structure properties.

What does the PDF report include?

A 1–2 page document with property info, scope of work, summary of observations, key annotated photos, and a disclaimer. All language is neutral and observation-based.

Can you fly in bad weather?

We avoid rain, storms, and high winds. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule at no extra cost. We monitor METAR/TAF reports and use flight planning software to ensure safe operations.

How fast is delivery?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for an additional fee.
